In most of the flatshares, rooms are equipped with a 140x190cm and hotel quality bed, a desk, a desk lamp and a desk chair, a closet and a bed table.

In the shared spaces, you will find a sofa, table, chairs, coffee tables, and all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. 

You have a TV and high speed Internet in all the houses. 

Depending of the houses, additional equipments could be found: BBQ, outdoor living room,…

For the good relationship of all the roommates, there are common sense rules that should be followed. These are indicated in a charter attached to the lease that the tenants sign when starting the lease. Nothing very complicated, they mainly concern noise and the rules of daily life (taking out of the trash cans, etc.)

In a process of “living well together”, animals are not accepted.

It is possible to host in your private space, temporarily and exceptionally, your friends or relatives as long as it does not disturb the other residents.

As flatshares are all different, there is no general rule. Some flatshares allow you to benefit from a private bathroom and in others, they are shared (for 2-3 people generally). Do not hesitate to ask for more details on the desired room!

For all Nuggets flatshares, electricity, water, heating, Internet, cleaning, taxes are included.

Home insurance remains the responsibility of each tenant.

All the flatshares we offer are eligible for APL. Just ask us to complete the form!

No filing fees are to be expected. We are individuals, not an agency! As a result, no costs to incur except the payment of your rent and your security deposit (1 month rent without charges).

The leases signed by the tenants are one-year furnished leases, renewable by tacit agreement. Therefore, it is possible to leave the house before the end of the lease by sending us a notice 1 month before your departure date.

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

We are not asking for the moon
 The most important is the feeling with the candidates. Nevertheless, we ask for:

  • proof of identity (identity card or passport)
  • an employment/internship contract if applicable
  • the last 3 payslips or those of the guarantors
  • the last tax notice or the one of the guarantors

It is allowed to organize parties as long as it does not disturb the other roommates or neighbours. In this specific situation, common sense is essential where “living together” must be privileged.

The cleaning service will take care of cleaning the floors, surfaces and windows of the shared areas once a month. The rooms are therefore not cleaned! Housekeepers are not responsible for washing your dishes or emptying your bins! And don’t wait for the cleaning staff to come by to do a minimum of cleaning between you…

All rooms are equipped in the same way. You will find 140x190cm and hotel quality beds (or 120x190cm with storage box in some cases), a desk, its lamp and its armchair, a closet and a bedside table. Decorative elements complete this equipment for a cosy touch.

All Nuggets houses are different. So, yes, there are different types of rooms. They are more or less large. The size of the rooms is between 10 and 15mÂČ. Some may have their private bathroom.

More than equipped! Oven, 1 or 2 microwaves, hotplates, 1 or 2 fridges, frying pans, saucepans, boards, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle… And when a roommate arrives a Nuggets mug is waiting for him/her 😉

Your private space is your home!
