Who are we?
We met at Kedge Business School in 2003 in Marseille and we were in the same student club.
After our degree, we have worked in Paris. Xavier was consultant and Liliane, a project manager to help French companies to develop their sales abroad.
After 4 years working there, we decided to have a MBA in Vancouver, Canada in the University of British Columbia (UBC). Such a great experience!
Back to France, our career path was still in consulting and sales development. And we got married in 2014!
Real estate, a passion
In parallel with our jobs, we have started to invest in real estate, firstly in Paris then in Lille and Bayonne. The initial goal was to build a complementary revenue when retired…eventually, real estate became a passion. Therefore, our activity now is focused on rental investments and flippings.
We are highly convinced that we can make the difference and improve the housing proposal for students and young professionals in big cities. For this reason, it is important for us to create welcoming, practical and qualitative flatshares for our tenants. When a new person arrive in one of our houses, he/she can move in a ready-to-live and cosy spaces to share friendly moments.
